Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the mock-up and duplicate budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets
- Develop and articulate the global marketing strategy and brief to key stakeholders including Design and project teams
- Translate top management vision into concrete category activations aligned with brand positioning
- Structure collection requirements by thematic pillars and communicate cross-functional needs
- Build, animate and pilot the annual collection development timeline, coordinating key review meetings and project milestones
- Define, disseminate and order the leather colour palette for the collection whilst maintaining budget discipline
- Establish collection priorities in collaboration with merchandising teams and communicate to the project team
- Validate post-milestone editings including storyboards and showroom presentations
- Facilitate Design Go/Style validation in accordance with margin targets, brand specifications and aesthetic vision
- Oversee upstream-to-downstream collection transmission and quality assurance
- Develop and execute a 360-degree activation strategy for each collection
- Define training subjects, formats and content for retail teams
- Act as primary liaison with Visual Merchandising for guideline development and point-of-sale tools (packaging, in-store animations, pop-ins, pop-ups)
- Manage and develop a team of four Collection Merchandisers, driving performance and capability building
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of product marketing experience, with significant background in leather goods
- Proven expertise in product sensitivity and luxury market dynamics
- Mastery of marketing methodologies including marketing plan conception, price positioning strategy and competitive analysis
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, adaptability and organisational acumen
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to influence and galvanise cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in both French and English

Experience
Minimum 7 years of product marketing experience, with significant hands-on background in leather goods and accessories merchandising. Demonstrated track record of successful collection launches, cross-functional project leadership, and team management within luxury fashion environments.
