Louis Vuitton Internship – Collection Merchandising Assistant, Paris. Support showroom, digital, and collection operations for Women's Ready-to-Wear.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare collection briefs, storyboards, and presentation materials; update collection databases and product designations, including Book by Fabric and Training Book tools
- Coordinate product compliance tracking, re-shoots, and asset management updates across the collection lifecycle
- Support showroom preparation including lookbook development, product curation, and VIP/press activity coordination
- Manage product information updates in PLM systems and track product codification and pricing
- Coordinate prototype management, product loans/borrowing with Press, Communications, Art Buying, and Influencer teams
- Support digital and e-commerce initiatives through bullet-point copywriting and cross-team coordination
- Maintain marketing archives and contribute to Marketing Bible documentation and reserve management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a fashion school, business school, or equivalent university programme
- Strong sensitivity to fashion and luxury consumer goods
- Demonstrated organisational rigor and interpersonal effectiveness
- Collaborative team orientation
