Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and product innovation assessments, initiating brief preparation and mood board development
  • Structure and maintain product model ranges (modelarios) and define key segmentation and positioning strategies
  • Coordinate product review sessions with design and product management leadership as needed by category
  • Analyze product economics including margins, pricing strategies, and evolution trajectories
  • Manage and update SKU data and technical specifications throughout the development cycle
  • Monitor prototype evolution and document critical project milestones to ensure timeline adherence
  • Ensure pricing, range, and technical constraint alignment across the product portfolio
  • Develop and organize showroom materials including model ranges, presentation boards, and competitive benchmarks
  • Participate in showroom setup and post-showroom sales confirmation with design and industrial teams
  • Update post-showroom tools and communicate purchase confirmations to project teams
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising, communications, retail merchandising, and design departments
  • Contribute to internal tools development including training resources and product newsletters
  • Provide recommendations on product communication priorities aligned with collection calendar highlights

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent institution
  • Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience
  • Strong product sensitivity and deep knowledge of the leather goods segment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and fashion industry developments
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with recognized attention to detail and operational rigor
