Role & Responsibilities
- Translate market insights and trend analysis into operational recommendations for the men's accessories collection, contributing to briefs, moodboards and inspiration gathering.
- Structure, maintain and update model lists (modelarios), SKUs and product technical data to ensure accurate collection governance and information flow.
- Analyze product economics — pricing, margins and evolution — and ensure coherence between price positioning, range architecture and technical feasibility.
- Monitor prototype development, document key milestones and coordinate follow‑up with design and industrialisation teams to secure launch readiness.
- Prepare and produce showroom buying materials (modelarios, boards, benchmarks), support showroom installation and manage post‑showroom tools and confirmations.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Communication, Retail Merchandising, Design and Development; contribute to internal tools such as training materials and newsletters.
- Lead or support project reviews with product and design leadership according to category needs, ensuring alignment on segmentations and strategic bets.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collection merchandising, ideally at central/headquarter level, with demonstrated knowledge of accessories.
- Strong product sensitivity with an understanding of materials and technical feasibility.
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills, with experience in pricing and margin analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with PowerPoint for presentations.
- Dynamic, rigorous and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory; professional proficiency in French is highly desirable.
