Role & Responsibilities
- Manage programming and machine setup for component launches and limited-series or bespoke manufacturing, working in coordination with adjacent workshop teams
- Collaborate closely with the machining team to define manufacturing processes and ensure their efficiency and consistency
- Configure, correct, validate, and catalogue machining processes according to established protocols
- Participate continuously in setup and adjustment activities throughout production cycles
- Contribute to new product launches and support their integration into manufacturing workflows
- Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability when executing complex projects requiring problem-solving
- Propose proactive continuous improvement solutions and process enhancements at all times
- Maintain strict adherence to operating procedures and established standards; conduct appropriate quality controls
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CNC programming and setup within watch component manufacturing
- Proficiency with Willemin-Macodel machine types
- Gibbscam software expertise (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and methodical approach to complex machining tasks

Experience
Minimum 5 years of successive experience in CNC programming and setup within horological component manufacturing, demonstrating proven competency with precision machining, process definition, and production management in a luxury watch-making environment.
Education
Technical training or vocational qualification in machining, CNC programming, or mechanical engineering; equivalent hands-on experience in horological manufacturing may substitute for formal certification.
