Louis Vuitton in Sydney seeks a Clienteling Manager to lead client development, coach teams and deliver in-store activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor to foster a client-first culture and drive diary conversion and appointment generation.
- Coach Client Advisors and Team Managers on portfolio strategy, personalised communication and proactive outreach.
- Analyse client data to identify growth opportunities and convert insights into measurable actions across appointments, spend and retention.
- Design, plan and deliver monthly in-store activations, managing suppliers, hospitality and logistics end-to-end.
- Build clienteling capability through recruitment onboarding, talent development and continuous skills elevation.
- Collaborate with store leadership and broader regional teams to align client development initiatives with commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing teams in premium or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in client development, appointment generation and driving commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret client data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated coaching and people development skills with the confidence to challenge and inspire across levels.
- Proven experience planning and executing events, activations or projects with meticulous organisational skills.
- Resilience, humility and a hands-on approach to building processes and capability from the ground up.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years' experience leading teams in premium or luxury retail, with demonstrable results in client development, appointment conversion and commercial performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
