Louis Vuitton — Clienteling Manager, South Asia (Singapore). Lead omnichannel CRM and client development across Southeast Asia, based in Tampines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement structured clienteling programmes across Southeast Asia with clear KPIs for engagement, retention and high-value conversions.
  • Develop a tiered, omnichannel roadmap focused on personalised experiences for high-value clients and ensure seamless integration of online and in-store touchpoints.
  • Enhance remote clienteling using digital tools and CRM insights to drive targeted outreach, acquisition and re‑engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Client Services Team Managers, Client Advisors and the digital team to embed CRM best practices and data-driven targeting into daily workflows.
  • Track, analyse and optimise clienteling performance to ensure interactions deliver measurable ROI, collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain and marketing.
  • Lead training, coaching and a structured clienteling playbook to upskill teams on luxury service, storytelling and relationship-building.
  • Foster cross-market alignment by sharing best practices, successful case studies and adapting strategies to local market needs across South Asia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management, client development or related roles within a luxury or high-end brand environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in clienteling strategies, CRM adoption and omnichannel retail execution.
  • Proven ability to translate CRM data into targeted outreach and measurable business plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience training and coaching frontline teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs to drive revenue and retention.

Experience
