Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Clienteling Manager for one of its flagship Paris boutiques. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role combines leadership of the clienteling team with direct client engagement, requiring proficiency in luxury retail operations, client relationship management systems, and commercial excellence. This position is instrumental in cultivating lasting client relationships, recruiting new high-value customers, and ensuring team adherence to the maison's service standards and clienteling priorities across the sales floor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client and deliver exceptional service in line with Louis Vuitton's standards
- Serve as ambassador for clienteling priorities and lead by example across the boutique team
- Demonstrate advanced commercial acumen and expertise in clienteling, leveraging proprietary tools to build client loyalty, acquire new clientele, and foster long-term relationships
- Accompany team members in deepening client knowledge to deliver personalized and unique experiences to each customer
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance, holding responsibility for team sales results
- Maintain comprehensive floor presence and operational awareness to support store objectives
- Execute daily boutique operations including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures
- Understand and communicate company strategy and procedures effectively to team members
- Support Store Manager in team development through coaching and onboarding of new hires
- Collaborate with Store Manager to design and execute targeted action plans for portfolio development
- Establish performance metrics and clienteling development strategies with Store Manager, ensuring team-wide implementation
- Analyze key performance indicators to set team objectives and measure success
- Ensure team adoption of digital tools that facilitate clienteling effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant luxury retail or clienteling experience
- Excellent customer service sensibility and attention to detail
- Proficiency with retail back-office systems and CRM tools
- Strong team collaboration skills with rigorous execution and adaptability
- Demonstrable curiosity and active listening ability
- Superior communication skills in French and English
- Quick to adapt and proactive in approach
