Louis Vuitton Clienteling Manager in Paris, France—lead retail client relationships and mentor sales teams in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the store's clienteling strategy and action plans in collaboration with sales teams
- Guide sales staff in deepening customer knowledge to deliver bespoke, personalized client experiences
- Serve as the store's ambassador and represent the House at key events and client engagements
- Oversee customer satisfaction and coordinate after-sales service initiatives
- Analyze key performance indicators and set realistic team objectives based on quantitative data
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to sales advisors to support goal achievement
- Ensure proficiency and adoption of digital clienteling tools across the team
- Share market insights and best practices with the broader team to foster continuous improvement
- Directly manage and mentor a team of sales advisors
- Cultivate a culture of customer-centric excellence and continuous service enhancement
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in clienteling, retail management, or hospitality
