Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver refined consultation and sales services to luxury clientele with exceptional professionalism and empathy

  • Present and sell the full Louis Vuitton portfolio whilst providing personalized style guidance tailored to individual client preferences

  • Ensure effective client follow-up and deliver outstanding service throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle
  • Contribute actively to the continuous refinement and innovation of the Louis Vuitton client experience
  • Champion the implementation and optimization of clienteling technology platforms to enhance client interactions
  • Support colleagues with clienteling best practices and foster a cohesive team environment

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or comparable client-facing roles
  • Charismatic personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking proficiency
