Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention, maintaining a sales-driven mindset
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across the French market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding preferences, anticipating needs, and offering personalized recommendations
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and ensure client retention
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into systems and relevant databases, initiating updates as appropriate to maintain record integrity
- Handle complaints and difficult situations with clients professionally, maintaining composure and resolving issues while upholding Louis Vuitton's high service standards
- Embody Louis Vuitton values and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in French and/or Dutch, both verbal and written
- Strong sales and storytelling capabilities
- Clear demonstration of a customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering impeccable service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
