Louis Vuitton in Almaty seeks a Client Services Specialist to manage remote and in‑store client engagement, sales and after‑sales support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and acquire clients via outreach, appointment setting and tailored communications to drive both in‑store and remote sales.
  • Conduct and close remote sales transactions, coordinating delivery logistics across Kazakhstan and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Manage end‑to‑end client inquiries across phone, email and digital channels, providing pre‑purchase advice, product information and after‑sales support.
  • Resolve service issues and escalations by liaising with logistics, inventory and repair teams; recommend process improvements based on recurring cases.
  • Maintain accurate back‑office records: data entry for transactions, CRM updates, service dashboards and inventory checks related to client requests.
  • Support loyalty and clienteling initiatives through high‑quality service delivery and contribution to client retention strategies.
  • Provide on‑floor support when outreach targets require additional in‑store presence and participate in trainings to share client insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in client services, customer care, or luxury retail sales with demonstrable results.
  • Proven ability to manage remote sales and after‑sales processes, including coordination with logistics and repair services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the capacity to represent the Maison's voice and tone across channels.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, SLA compliance and the ability to prioritise workflows under pressure.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in upselling, order management and contributing to loyalty program performance.
