Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels to clients across German-speaking markets, advising and assisting with personalised recommendations
- Continuously meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention with a sales-driven mindset
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding preferences, anticipating needs, and offering tailored product guidance
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating with other departments to drive retention and enhance overall customer experience
- Ensure accurate information and timely follow-up are recorded in CRM systems and relevant databases, maintaining record integrity
- Handle complaints and difficult situations professionally while maintaining Louis Vuitton's high service standards
- Embody the Maison's values and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Fluency in Polish (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Turkish or English is advantageous
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a demonstrable customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software; Salesforce experience is advantageous
- Background in luxury retail is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
