The Client Services Advisor delivers personalized, efficient and effective support to clients through phone, email, social media and chat, while meeting and exceeding service, sales and productivity targets. The role is based in Louis Vuitton’s Client Services Singapore team at its office in eastern Singapore and is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service through inbound and outbound calls, email, social media servicing and chat messages.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, tailor solutions for each client and provide relevant product offers.
- Address general and account-specific client enquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Use available tools and resources to identify and anticipate client needs, aiming to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
- Meet and exceed performance goals, including client satisfaction, sales and productivity targets, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a related discipline.
- Good command of English; an additional language is an advantage.
- Personable, with a high level of curiosity and initiative.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, particularly during peak hours or challenging situations.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing or a call center environment.
Education
Diploma or degree in a related discipline.
