Louis Vuitton Client Services Advisor in Singapore – deliver exceptional client support across multiple channels with sales targets and KPI excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service on inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media servicing, and chat messages
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions, providing relevant product offers
- Address general and account-specific inquiries, providing clear and concise information as needed
- Use tools and resources to identify and anticipate client needs, maintaining first-point-of-contact resolution
- Meet and exceed performance goals including client satisfaction results, sales targets, productivity metrics, and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree holder in related disciplines
- Relevant experience in client servicing or call center environment
- Good command of English; an additional language is an added advantage
- Personable with high level of curiosity and initiative
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, particularly during peak hours or challenging situations
