Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional omnichannel client service across inbound/outbound calls, email, chat and social channels to resolve enquiries and convert sales.
- Build and maintain personalised client relationships through proactive clienteling, needs discovery, tailored product recommendations, cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve daily operational KPIs including sales targets, contact handling mix (approximately 75% inbound / 25% outbound), productivity and service SLAs.
- Log and track all client interactions and clienteling activities using the ICON app and CRM to ensure one-point contact resolutions and accurate client records.
- Adhere to service quality standards and Post‑Call survey targets; act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions.
- Support new product launches, marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to drive revenue and client engagement.
- Handle client complaints and feedback promptly and professionally; escalate to Team Manager when required and share learning with the team.
- Comply with internal operational guidelines and data protection requirements when handling personal information.
- Perform back‑of‑house duties as required, including product receiving, order processing, packing and shipping, and participate in ad hoc project work.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' client-facing experience in retail, client services, or luxury hospitality with proven sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalised clienteling, close sales through consultative selling, and meet measurable KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury brand.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of and strict adherence to data privacy and compliance requirements when handling client information.

Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in retail, luxury goods, or high-end hospitality with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing or a related field preferred.
