Louis Vuitton — Client Service Development Project Intern in Paris. 6-month full-time internship supporting global Client Service Centers on digital projects and product launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the central Client Service Centers (CSC) Development team in planning and executing global projects (order-taking development, digital initiatives, product launches, and inter‑CSC commercial competitions).
- Contribute to the launch and animation of new initiatives, including coordination with 12 international Client Service Centers and operational stakeholders.
- Prepare and format content for executive-level communication: PowerPoint presentations, video assets and animated clips for monthly activity reviews and top‑management briefings.
- Produce reports and present campaign or project results (in-person or via tools such as Zoom); assist with analysis of customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.
- Assist with clienteling, remote client engagement activities and the roll-out of online commercial chat and other digital tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master I or Master II program (business school or engineering) with a focus on data management or equivalent.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in constructing and interpreting operation or campaign results.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Client Service operations, retail or luxury environments is an advantage.
- Comfortable creating presentation materials and basic video content; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills; knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.

Open to early-career candidates; suitable for Master I/II students. No prior professional experience required though internships or exposure to client services, retail or luxury environments is advantageous.
Education
Enrolment in a Master I or Master II program (business school or engineering), with coursework or specialization in data management preferred.
