Louis Vuitton (Paris) seeks a Client Service Development Intern for a 6‑month, full‑time internship starting Sept 2026 in the central CSC team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Central Client Service Centers (CSC) team in the delivery and roll-out of development projects across 12 global CSCs, including order-taking, digital initiatives and product launches.
- Contribute to the design and animation of commercial activities (international competitions, product boosters) and clienteling campaigns executed by CSCs.
- Prepare and format multimedia content for internal communication: PowerPoint decks, video assets and animated presentations.
- Compile, analyse and present operational results and KPIs to stakeholders and senior management during monthly activity reviews.
- Assist with digital development projects (e.g. commercial online chat) and with coordination between CSCs, retail and e‑commerce teams.
- Participate in the implementation of agile delivery practices and support project follow-up tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 programme in business, engineering or data management.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in data handling and interpretation.
- Familiarity with presentation and multimedia tools (PowerPoint; producing or editing video/animated content).
- Knowledge of customer service, retail or luxury operations is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of agile methodology is desirable.
- Excellent written and oral command of French and English.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to present results to senior stakeholders.

Entry-level — internship targeted at Master’s students (M1/M2). No prior professional experience required; relevant academic projects or internships in customer service, retail, or data are advantageous.

Master's level (M1 or M2) in business, engineering, data management or related field.
