Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client development strategies with store leadership and regional stakeholders to drive retention, acquisition, and high-end revenue growth across the Northeast region.
- Identify category- and segment-specific opportunities and propose targeted action plans to maximise sales performance and deepen long‑term client engagement.
- Build and sustain a personal portfolio of high-potential and VIP clients, providing highly personalised service and curated experiences.
- Coach and mentor store teams to embed clienteling into daily activity, ensuring balanced attention to top, new and developing clients and improving sales conversion.
- Design, support and oversee client-centric initiatives, including events, appointments, bespoke experiences and milestone outreach to reinforce loyalty.
- Ensure consistent in-store execution of launches, priorities and VIP programmes through regular presence, post-visit recaps and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Retail Learning, Events and corporate Client Relations to align priorities and optimise business impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in luxury retail client development, clienteling or VIP relationship management.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and retention within high‑end client segments.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and influence store-based teams to adopt clienteling best practices.
- Strong analytical capability to identify opportunities, translate data into action plans and report on client metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a polished presence for high‑touch client interactions.
- Willingness to maintain an on-site presence and travel regionally as required; legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail client development, clienteling, VIP relationship management or a closely related commercial role, with proven results in client retention and acquisition.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred fields include Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related discipline.
