Louis Vuitton Client Relations Intern position in New York — fall 2026 internship, $20–$25/hour, luxury clienteling and event coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client profiles and image folders across platforms, including CRM systems and Excel-based resources, to ensure accurate client information management
  • Review client itineraries and travel arrangements as a secondary quality assurance point to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and seamless client experience delivery
  • Support development of presentation decks and client-facing materials, including image sourcing and visual asset curation
  • Track and coordinate luxury gift orders arranged by Client Specialists, including packing coordination and logistics follow-through
  • Manage Le Café requests from regional partners and coordinate supporting details for curated client experiences
  • Support virtual bridge program requests for clients interested in accessing Louis Vuitton ateliers and manufacturing facilities abroad
  • Provide on-site event support for fashion and cultural programming in New York City, including preparation, day-of coordination, and vendor liaison
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners to ensure thoughtful, organized, and high-touch client support delivery
  • Execute administrative support tasks, document tracking, and coordination needs specific to Client Relations Fashion initiatives
  • Coordinate vendor setup logistics for client-facing events and retail experiences

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Proficiency with or demonstrated willingness to quickly master Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Professional discretion and understanding of confidentiality in a luxury client context
  • Adaptability and proactive mindset in a fast-paced retail environment
