Role & Responsibilities

  • Support South Asia markets to uphold and deliver exceptional client experience standards across key clienteling projects, including fashion launches, VIP events and store openings, through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate end-to-end production and delivery of physical and digital assets with external vendors, including order consolidation, quality checks and logistics follow-through to ensure timely and accurate market distribution.
  • Manage bespoke client requests for exclusive South Asia experiences, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to luxury service protocols.
  • Maintain and update weekly trackers and reporting dashboards by liaising with local markets; produce post-event analyses to capture best practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct competitor research and support the design of initiatives to strengthen client engagement, optimise workflows and provide administrative support for events and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Fashion or a related discipline.
  • Available for a full-time, on-site internship of 6 months (July–December 2026) based in Ngee Ann City, Singapore.
  • Affable team player with meticulous attention to detail and a client-centric mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven organisational ability to manage concurrent tasks and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience or exposure to events, clienteling or the luxury sector is advantageous.
