Louis Vuitton Seoul seeks a Client Relations & Experience Intern for a summer on-site internship supporting VIP hospitality and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of Very Important Client (VIC) invitations and hospitality programs to ensure consistently elevated client experiences.
- Collaborate with store teams to map and refine the client journey, identifying opportunities to personalise service and increase client lifetime value.
- Coordinate on-site event operations, liaising with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
- Assist store teams in achieving strategic client objectives through targeted outreach, follow-up and service delivery.
- Prepare client dossiers, briefing materials and logistical plans for visits, appointments and VIP events.
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback loops to capture insights and improve future client activations.
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student (Bachelor's degree in progress) — undergraduate students only.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury retail and the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- Self-motivated, accountable and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
- Fluent English preferred.
