Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Insights Manager in Tokyo to lead strategic client analytics and drive business growth through actionable intelligence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and deployment of advanced, innovative reporting and dashboards using sophisticated business intelligence tools to enable deep client understanding and elevate strategic planning across departments
  • Drive comprehensive analysis of client behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns, translating findings into strategic recommendations with measurable business implications
  • Oversee evaluation of business results (ROI) from client communications, events, and campaigns, identifying key learnings and implementing continuous improvement strategies
  • Guide and ensure the quality and integrity of client data used for analysis, collaborating with data owners to establish reliable and trustworthy data sources
  • Take full ownership of analytical outputs and strategic recommendations within the Client Insights function, ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact insights
  • Lead strategic projects focused on enhancing client understanding and optimizing client engagement initiatives, with emphasis on measurable business impact

Qualifications

  • Advanced analytical expertise with a strong statistical background (advanced degree or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated capability in creative and strategic thinking to enhance client insights methodologies and drive measurable business impact
  • Exceptional project management skills encompassing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution of detailed analysis
  • Proven ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor with complete ownership of analytical deliverables
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Business-level proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading) and Japanese for international and local engagement

Experience
