Role & Responsibilities
- Extract, clean and analyse customer data from the company data platform to produce ad‑hoc and recurring insights using SQL.
- Support the Client Insights & Excellence team and act as a primary contact for business stakeholders to interpret customer KPIs and dashboards.
- Contribute to BI delivery: participate in non‑regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparation for production deployment of client performance dashboards.
- Develop documentation, user guides and communications to facilitate adoption of analytic tools across regions and business functions.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional audiences (product, retail, digital, private client teams and zones) in written and oral formats.
- Support clienteling and CRM action plans through targeted analyses and participation in taskforces on priority topics.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in Master 1 or Master 2 (engineering, business school, statistics/data sciences or equivalent).
- Strong analytical rigour and comfort working with numerical data.
- Proficiency in SQL or another data query language; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Strategic and synthetic thinking with sound commercial awareness and ability to translate analyses into business actions.
- Capacity to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams and to produce clear documentation and presentations.

Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for students with academic or project experience in data analysis or statistics. Prior professional experience is not required but internships or project work in analytics or CRM is advantageous.
Education
Master level (M1 or M2) in engineering, business, statistics, data science or equivalent.
