Role & Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean and analyse customer data from the company data platform to produce ad‑hoc and recurring insights using SQL.
  • Support the Client Insights & Excellence team and act as a primary contact for business stakeholders to interpret customer KPIs and dashboards.
  • Contribute to BI delivery: participate in non‑regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and preparation for production deployment of client performance dashboards.
  • Develop documentation, user guides and communications to facilitate adoption of analytic tools across regions and business functions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional audiences (product, retail, digital, private client teams and zones) in written and oral formats.
  • Support clienteling and CRM action plans through targeted analyses and participation in taskforces on priority topics.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in Master 1 or Master 2 (engineering, business school, statistics/data sciences or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical rigour and comfort working with numerical data.
  • Proficiency in SQL or another data query language; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Strategic and synthetic thinking with sound commercial awareness and ability to translate analyses into business actions.
  • Capacity to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams and to produce clear documentation and presentations.

Experience

Entry‑level — suitable for students with academic or project experience in data analysis or statistics. Prior professional experience is not required but internships or project work in analytics or CRM is advantageous.
