Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Insights Data Analyst in Paris. Lead customer analytics and BI initiatives in this hybrid, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business specialists across Merchandising, Retail, and other departments to address customer data analysis needs, including data collection, auditing, and strategic analysis
- Define and track precise KPIs to measure engagement action performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with the client data team to define, develop, and operationalize BI and analytics capital to standardize customer data usage across business units
- Lead and animate the regional network of data analysts through training, support, and facilitation of cross-functional collaboration
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards to monitor operational and strategic performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 (Grandes Écoles d'Ingénieur, Écoles de Commerce, or equivalent university degree)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis and SQL, ideally with customer data in luxury or retail contexts
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical business teams
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for non-technical audiences
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Intellectual curiosity and strong analytical mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis and SQL development, preferably within luxury retail or customer-centric business environments. Prior experience collaborating with merchandising, retail, and commercial teams is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree +5 from a recognized engineering school (Grande École d'Ingénieur), business school (École de Commerce), or equivalent university program.
