Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Experience Coordinator for its Paris Champs-Élysées store to manage premium client relations, feedback analysis, and compliance oversight. Paris, France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, track, and resolve complex international client inquiries and complaints while maintaining premium service standards and procedural compliance
  • Collaborate with the Brussels-based Client Services team and external partners to develop tailored solutions for complex client situations
  • Escalate and manage sensitive, high-impact client cases with rigor and discretion
  • Ensure fluid information flow among all stakeholders involved in request resolution and maintain rigorous case documentation
  • Collect, analyze, and process client feedback from satisfaction surveys and other feedback channels to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Track client satisfaction indicators and communicate key insights through regular reporting to management
  • Coordinate corrective actions in response to client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives across retail operations
  • Identify root causes of recurring client friction points and propose targeted remedial actions
  • Apply compliance policies and governance frameworks related to client profile identification, tracking, and management
  • Monitor client profile compliance and flags within dedicated systems, ensuring proper procedural handling
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to secure compliance decisions and mitigate identified risks
  • Support ad-hoc operational needs of the Client and Services team, including events, clienteling initiatives, and interdepartmental projects
  • Manage external partner and vendor relationships to ensure quality execution of client-focused initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of significant experience in client relations, customer experience, premium client services, or retail operations coordination
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex situation management, diplomatic engagement, and discretionary decision-making
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to identify patterns, prioritize effectively, and respond reactively
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and operate collaboratively in international, matrix environments
  • Proficiency with data analysis, KPI tracking, and business reporting
