Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Owner for the warehouse packaging management tool: provide user support, perform configuration, monitor performance and coordinate tool evolutions (setup, testing, hypercare) and retail integration.
  • Coordinate and deploy omnichannel projects related to delivery and packaging to ensure a consistent, premium client experience across regions.
  • Manage cross‑functional relationships with Visual Merchandising, Logistics & Supply, Retail, Sustainability and packaging suppliers to enforce guidelines, secure supply and integrate packaging briefs.
  • Animate the worldwide packaging community and coordinate deployment of campaign‑specific packagings (e.g., seasonal operations, sampling, inserts).
  • Conduct competitive benchmarks and on‑spot analyses to inform packaging strategy and improvements.
  • Monitor Delivery & Packaging performance: produce monthly delivery reports, track customer satisfaction metrics and interpret KPIs for stakeholders.
  • Support Delivery Business Owners and collaborate with Tech teams in an Agile environment: draft functional requirements, follow development milestones and coordinate testing phases.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master 2 (equivalent Master's) in business, engineering or a related field; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management; familiarity with Agile methodology is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across countries and departments.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capability, including KPI interpretation.
  • Autonomous, proactive and solution‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Experience
