Louis Vuitton Client Engagement Assistant Manager – Shanghai. Coordinate luxury client events and brand experiences across Asia Pacific from the Shanghai office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project and event coordination, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables whilst communicating progress to internal teams
  • Develop and coordinate tailor-made brand animations and client-facing experiences that authentically transmit the maison's heritage and creative direction
  • Maintain daily communication with Paris headquarters to align regional activations with global brand strategy
  • Assist with client experience management during international events and bespoke engagements, ensuring all aspects of the itinerary exceed expectations
  • Source and evaluate qualified third-party suppliers and collaborators to enrich qualitative client experiences
  • Collaborate with the Client Engagement Manager in developing and executing annual event budgets and resource planning

Qualifications
