Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional client development strategy to recruit, retain and grow high‑value clients, aligned with Louis Vuitton Americas and global objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a high‑performing management team (Client Development and Client Relations managers), ensuring seamless collaboration across retail, events and corporate stakeholders.
  • Own end‑to‑end client experience governance — from acquisition and outreach to bespoke events and post‑event follow‑up — with particular focus on Les Ex/high‑end business categories.
  • Set clear monthly and quarterly plans, KPIs and adoption targets for all major client initiatives and monitor progress against objectives.
  • Manage client experience budgets and P&L responsibilities, ensuring cost control and maximising return on investment from client activities.
  • Oversee event strategy and 360° execution to deliver elevated client experiences that support commercial objectives; translate post‑event learnings into coaching and process improvements.
  • Develop client development competencies across retail teams, set expectations for outreach and engagement, and coach direct reports to improve performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, talent‑focused culture; conduct performance management, develop succession and individualized development plans for managers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience creating and delivering exceptional experiences for high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients in luxury retail or private client environments.
  • Proven people leadership with experience developing managers and holding teams accountable for measurable results.
  • Demonstrable track record in client recruitment, retention and growth of high‑end business categories.
  • Strong budget and project management experience, with ability to manage multiple regional initiatives and events concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Innovative, growth‑oriented mindset with cultural agility to operate across diverse markets.

Experience
