Louis Vuitton seeks Client Director for Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Region in Chicago. Lead regional client strategy and high-performing teams. Chicago, IL.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the client recruitment and retention strategy for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic region in partnership with Louis Vuitton Americas corporate, ensuring alignment with the brand's global vision and objectives
- Oversee the regional Client Relations and Client Development teams' execution of client strategy, with particular focus on existing top-tier clients and emerging high net worth clientele
- Drive client development competencies across all retail levels, establish clear expectations for client outreach and engagement, and lead the regional team toward achieving performance objectives
Qualifications
- Extensive experience creating, leading, and delivering exceptional experiences for high net worth clients
- Top-tier people leadership skills with a proven track record of developing senior management talent
- Demonstrated ability as an innovative thinker with a growth mindset and adaptability across diverse climates and cultures
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail or client-facing leadership roles, with demonstrable success in building and managing client-centric organizations.
