Louis Vuitton seeks Client Development Manager in Singapore to lead clienteling strategy, team development, and client engagement initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and training of store teams on clienteling best practices, ensuring balanced engagement across top, new, and other client segments
  • Design and implement action plans and clienteling tools including events, contact templates, correspondence frameworks, and digital engagement strategies
  • Manage a selected portfolio of key clients and animate monthly clienteling dashboards, identifying and sharing best practices across the store
  • Support the General Manager in establishing individual client repurchase targets and performance metrics
  • Propose, organize, and manage client event activities while administering the client development budget
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis in collaboration with the Zone team to support store management clienteling objectives
  • Extract, analyze, and synthesize client data to provide deep-dive insights into client behavior, profiling, and opportunity identification
  • Develop forward-looking analysis and forecasts to support actionable recommendations for clienteling implementation
  • Oversee all local and in-store event activities including pop-ups, caravans, and key commercial events, managing project scope, budget, logistics, and third-party coordination
  • Develop the annual events calendar in partnership with the General Manager and Store Managers
  • Coordinate and support regional and international high-end events including client selection, itinerary preparation, logistical arrangements, and manpower deployment
  • Ensure all Client Advisors are trained on and actively utilize clienteling tools including ICON and VOICE platforms
  • Facilitate team follow-up on data collection and maintain rigorous compliance with clienteling protocols
  • Provide qualitative feedback to Store and Country Management on client insights and performance trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, clienteling, or client relationship management
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing retail teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in client insights analytics and data interpretation
  • Experience managing events and client experiences in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong project management and budgeting capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM and clienteling software platforms
