Louis Vuitton Client Development Manager role in Mexico City; lead regional retail client development strategy, team coaching, and ICON/Salesforce implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the invention and implementation of client development programs and structures to embed core CD competencies into retail store teams across the zone
  • Drive client development training initiatives across all retail levels, including designing targeted coaching and onboarding programs to address identified strengths and opportunities
  • Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions for new programs in partnership with regional teams and field coaches
  • Establish expectations and motivate stores to achieve targets in client outreach, engagement, and appointment culture metrics
  • Collect, analyze, and share best practices and success stories to reinforce CD messaging and drive appointment-based sales performance
  • Execute regular store visits and regional action support plans to identify skill gaps and create development plans with performance benchmarks
  • Develop weekly performance reports to enable customized follow-up support and track adoption of CD initiatives
  • Collaborate with Retail Learning coaches and Client Relations managers on program development and resource optimization
  • Serve as the voice of store teams in shaping key client development programs and tools
  • Manage monthly and quarterly planning for major CD initiatives, tracking adoption status and implementation next steps

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail client development, team coaching, or retail leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in client development methodologies including client recruitment, retention, and elevation strategies
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms or client management tools such as Salesforce or equivalent systems
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with the ability to translate strategy into actionable guidance across multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to analyze retail performance metrics and translate data insights into targeted development plans

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail client development, team coaching, coaching and retail leadership, or related roles within luxury retail or high-performance sales environments. Demonstrated success in designing and executing client development programs, leading retail teams to achievement of client engagement and sales targets, and building coaching cultures within multi-store or multi-regional operations.

Education

Advanced secondary education; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
