Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement client journey pipelines using the Salesforce platform and in-house clienteling software
  • Identify and segment clients for recruitment to new categories and channels, with focus on under-utilized opportunities
  • Construct and execute client recovery plans following Client Advisor turnover, leveraging ICON reassignment and alternative tools to ensure revenue retention
  • Build and manage store clienteling targeting strategies aligned with sales, cross-selling, and revenue objectives
  • Mine client data to identify trends, uncover business opportunities, and recommend qualitative action plans for business development
  • Track and integrate results from past campaigns to improve targeting and execution of client outreach initiatives
  • Build innovative analyses and reporting frameworks actionable at all store levels
  • Serve as internal consultant fostering client-centric business development across departments and with internal partners
  • Provide on-demand, weekly, and monthly reporting on client engagement, outreach, and lifecycle metrics in support of brand priorities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail management
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, pivot tables, lookups, and MS Query
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and produce high-volume analytical deliverables of consistent quality
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities and professional executive presentation presence
