Role & Responsibilities
- Reinforce in-store clienteling by ensuring optimal utilization of CRM tools including ICON, MyCC, LV Publishing, and LV Catalogue; provide training, guidance, and best practice sharing to the team
- Support implementation and rollout of new clienteling tools across the retail network, gathering store feedback and providing local solutions aligned with EMEA Zone objectives
- Champion a strong clienteling culture, coaching Client Advisors to build and retain long-term relationships through regular floor presence, team briefings, and targeted coaching
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Client Service Centre and store, ensuring efficient resolution of client queries and continuity of service
- Define store clienteling priorities and activities in partnership with the Store Manager and Client Manager, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints
- Orchestrate client and press events, private appointments, and in-store experiences that strengthen engagement and foster loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop client targeting strategies and ensure optimal client selection for store events and activations
- Drive personalized client development initiatives for the store's top clients, identifying and cultivating high-potential relationships through memorable in-store experiences
- Oversee CRM and client database management, utilizing client data to generate actionable insights and monitor performance against key metrics and ROI targets
- Ensure data quality standards, coaching the team on best practices in client data capture, maintenance, and segmentation
- Manage client allocation across the team to ensure balanced ownership and relationship continuity, supporting transitions when team members transition
- Support client gifting initiatives, exclusive brand experiences, and special activations aligned with brand guidelines and store development priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail clienteling, client management, or store leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM tools and client database management
- Proven track record in building and nurturing VIP client relationships and high-value customer portfolios
- Experience coaching and developing retail teams in clienteling best practices and customer engagement
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies and client touchpoint optimization
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail clienteling, client development, store operations, or related client-facing management roles within luxury retail or hospitality environments. Experience leading and coaching retail teams, implementing CRM systems, and driving omnichannel client engagement strategies is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in business management, hospitality, retail management, or related discipline is preferred.
