Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement omnichannel client development strategies to grow and retain the local client base, maximising conversion and long‑term client value through high‑impact appointments and personalised experiences.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) and high‑potential prospects across all touchpoints — in‑store, digital follow‑up, international events and exclusive brand activations.
  • Coach, mentor and develop Client Advisors to embed strong clienteling habits; deliver on‑the‑floor training related to CRM tools, appointment management and personalised engagement techniques.
  • Ensure correct deployment, adoption and best‑practice use of in‑house tools (ICON, MyCC, LV Publishing, LV Catalogue, DREAM); collect store feedback and liaise with zone teams on local adaptations and rollouts.
  • Drive CRM data quality and segmentation: ensure rigorous data capture, profile enrichment, client allocation and targeted outreach to support recruitment, retention and reactivation.
  • Plan, coordinate and support client and press events, private appointments and in‑store experiences; manage invitations, client targeting and post‑event follow‑up to maximise attendance and ROI.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI of clienteling initiatives; analyse results, produce actionable recommendations and adjust strategies to meet store objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the store and the Client Service Centre to ensure efficient resolution of client queries and continuity of relationship ownership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail client development, CRM or high‑end clienteling roles with demonstrable results.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, with a track record of improving client retention and lifetime value.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience turning client data into targeted actions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills; experienced in organising client events and private appointments.
  • High standard of professionalism and discretion when handling VIP client relationships and confidential information.
