Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Development team in the planning and delivery of Savoir Rêver 2026 client events and activations.
- Consolidate and maintain master client files by aggregating information submitted by stores and Client Advisors.
- Coordinate logistics for top clients including hotel accommodation, restaurant reservations, car transfers and curated experiences.
- Liaise with Client Advisors to ensure all key client data and appointment materials are collected and prepared for event briefs.
- Provide on-the-ground support during event operations, remaining calm under pressure and assisting with problem resolution.
- Prepare presentation materials and basic reports to support client-facing activities and internal briefings.
Qualifications
- Availability between early April and late June 2026, with willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak event periods.
- Strong organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury, events, client experience and hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level internship suitable for candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or student experience in events, retail, hospitality or client service are advantageous.
Education
Current university student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Events Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
