Louis Vuitton — Client Development Intern in Singapore. Full‑time internship supporting CRM campaigns and clienteling at Ngee Ann City.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end deployment of regional CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including scheduling, setup, testing and QA to ensure a premium multi‑channel client experience (Email, SMS, Push).
- Maintain and optimise automated lifecycle communications within Journey Builder to ensure timely, relevant client journeys across the South Asia region.
- Coordinate translations and adapt creative assets for regional compliance and cultural relevance; ensure adapted assets meet brand and legal requirements.
- Consolidate campaign and clienteling performance data into regional share‑out reports; track KPIs, identify trends and surface actionable opportunities.
- Prepare client engagement materials and operational support for key in‑store animations and clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain data hygiene and assist with client data management tasks to preserve accuracy across CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Power BI is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail with strong data hygiene and content‑accuracy practices.
- Strong interpersonal and cross‑regional collaboration skills; ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in the luxury industry and understanding of how data informs a high‑touch client journey.
- Availability to commit to a full‑time internship from July to December 2026; on‑site at Ngee Ann City, Singapore.
