Louis Vuitton Services Europe seeks Client Development Intern in Brussels to support clienteling and CRM initiatives across EMEA region. January 2027 start.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing clienteling actions and initiatives across the CSC Europe region
  • Manage databases and perform administrative tasks including reporting, extraction of targeted client lists, and ICON management
  • Support public relations and communication activities including weekly press reviews, editorial updates, press trip coordination, and social media campaigns
  • Monitor clienteling KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • Optimize ICON usage by supporting managers in team adoption and embedding within operations
  • Analyze client base dynamics and provide comprehensive insights and performance reports to CSC teams
  • Collaborate with other departments in developing action plans aligned with Maison priorities
  • Implement targeted contact strategies to re-engage clients based on profile segmentation
  • Adapt tools and content according to strategic priorities and client segments
  • Assist in managing private client relations for top VIC accounts in the region
  • Support international events and coordinate related logistics
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports with relevant performance metrics and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Valid internship agreement from your university (mandatory)
  • Strong command of English language
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated ownership
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines while managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with strong people-oriented interpersonal approach
