Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Client Development Manager EMEA in delivering clientelling initiatives across CSC Europe.
- Organize and coordinate clienteling actions, virtual bridges and international events to engage VIP and VIC clients.
- Manage database tasks including targeted client list extractions, ICON administration and ongoing data hygiene.
- Produce and maintain reporting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly): KPI tracking, performance reports and ROI analyses for CSC teams.
- Provide PR and communication support: weekly press reviews, editorial metrics, press trip coordination and social media campaign monitoring.
- Analyse client base dynamics to surface insights and recommend action plans aligned with Maison priorities.
- Collaborate with regional and Paris EMEA teams, ensuring continuous progress reporting and alignment on contact strategies.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with an internship agreement from the educational institution (Belgian CIP agreement when applicable).
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills for data extraction, analysis and presentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, service‑oriented attitude with the ability to prioritise under deadlines and collaborate across functions.

Entry-level / beginner. This internship is designed for students seeking practical experience in client development, CRM and luxury retail operations; previous exposure to clientelling or retail CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme; internship agreement from school required (Belgian CIP agreement when applicable).
