Louis Vuitton Client Development & Events Director in Brussels—lead regional client strategy, events, and CRM across Benelux, Nordics & Poland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional client development strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives across all stores in Benelux, Nordics, and Poland
- Establish best practices for personalized client interactions across all touchpoints and foster a culture of client-centricity throughout the organization
- Lead and inspire the Client Development, Events and Communications team, and animate the local store network through active presence and mentorship
- Train and support client-facing teams in delivering exceptional, tailored experiences and develop in-store clienteling mindset across all regions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, retention, and business outcomes; provide regular analytical reports to senior leadership
- Oversee CRM database management, strategy alignment, and omnichannel integration to ensure cohesive client engagement initiatives
- Develop comprehensive event strategy including flagship experiences, regional activations, and exhibition programs with distinctive brand expression
- Establish event production standards and creative frameworks; lead budget management and project management for the event portfolio
- Manage senior-level partnerships with venues, production companies, media organizations, and entertainment partners
- Lead negotiation of strategic media and partnership agreements; oversee PR strategy including media relations, spokesperson programs, and thought leadership positioning
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, digital, retail operations, and IT teams to ensure strategy execution and omnichannel coherence
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, or related fields
- Proven track record in developing and executing regional client strategies across multiple markets
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems, clienteling, and omnichannel retail models
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and regional store networks
- Strategic acumen in event production, media planning, and brand communications
- Senior-level stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, retail management, or marketing within a premium brand environment. Demonstrated success in leading regional teams, developing client strategies, and managing complex event and communications portfolios. Proven expertise in CRM implementation, omnichannel strategy, and driving measurable business impact through client engagement initiatives.
Education
Tertiary qualification in business management, marketing, retail management, or related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience and demonstrated strategic capability will be considered.
