Client Development Advisor at Louis Vuitton Singapore. Drive store clienteling strategy, manage VIP experiences, and lead team engagement initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and support the store team in all clienteling activities, ensuring balanced and strategic focus on top clients, new clients, and client development opportunities
  • Develop and implement action plans, including in-store activations, client engagement initiatives, and outreach templates
  • Promote and share best practices across the store, recognizing and encouraging outstanding clienteling efforts such as successful appointments and client conversions
  • Ensure appropriate engagement strategies and follow-up actions are executed for 10K clients
  • Keep the team informed of digital clienteling enhancements (ICON) and encourage proactive use of digital tools
  • Ensure all Client Advisors are fully trained on and actively utilize clienteling tools, with particular focus on ICON
  • Monitor data collection quality and ensure at least one contact channel is captured for every client
  • Plan, organize, and execute client events and engagement activities, including birthdays and anniversaries, and manage the client development budget
  • Propose, prepare, and manage virtual bridges and exceptional experiences for VICs
  • Consolidate qualitative feedback, client insights, and event outcomes, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to Store and Country Management
  • Lead and facilitate daily 30-minute Clienteling Club to ensure all Client Advisors complete outreach activities and maintain consistent client engagement
  • Manage planning and distribution of Seasonal Client Gifting (CNY, Mooncake, and Christmas)
  • Work with Zone team in preparing regular reports and analysis to support store management in clienteling objectives
  • Facilitate extraction and sharing of client data with store team to enable targeted and effective client engagement
  • Provide deep-dive analysis of extracted data to aid informed business decisions through understanding client behavior and profiling

Qualifications

  • University graduate with degree in Business or Communications-related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality or travel industry
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sensitivity to aesthetic presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated creativity, adaptability, and flexibility
