Role & Responsibilities

• Support the PCR (Private Client Relations) Manager in planning and executing international and local client events, experiences and programs across the Mediterranean region.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including vendor liaison, PO management, vendor setup, budget tracking, materials, gifting and on-site hosting.
• Maintain and update trackers and reports: nominations trackers, monthly competition report, in-store pockets tracker, and supplier/partner lists.
• Serve as a client-facing host at events and assist store teams by distributing invitations and providing guidance on local PCR pockets and procedures.
• Manage paper assets and inventory for PCR needs, execute gifting inventory and local orders (gifts, champagne, spirits) to maintain HO-level stock.
• Conduct client background and sanctions checks prior to events and ensure official photography is shared in compliance with personal data protection.
• Produce and support CRM and reporting initiatives through data analysis and the creation of internal event reports.

Qualifications

• Degree from a business school or university in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Candidate must be able to formalize a “contrato de prácticas” in accordance with Spanish labour law (mandatory).
• Fluent English and Spanish (both mandatory); French is a plus.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; immediate start.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in clienteling, events coordination, retail support or similar environments.
