Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to an overall rewarding client experience
  • Consistently follow up with clients regarding their items or inquiries with creative solutions tailored to client and company needs
  • Master in-depth knowledge of the brand's technological aspects, processes, and repair procedures
  • Champion all after-care services offered by Louis Vuitton to clients and mentor teams on service excellence
