Louis Vuitton Client Care Associate position at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. Full-time, $25–$28/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Discover client needs and provide guidance across all aspects of client care, ensuring clients feel cherished and valued as part of the Louis Vuitton family
- Champion and educate clients on service offerings, including intake, repair, and follow-up processes with clear expectation-setting
- Maintain client communication throughout all stages of the repair process to ensure an overall rewarding experience
- Lead by example and coach team members to deliver consistent excellence with every client interaction
- Collaborate with the Operations team to establish and maintain smooth back-of-house processes and routines that support the client experience
- Work Sundays as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships
- Client-centric mindset with proven ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments
- Ability to effectively manage multiple client interactions while maintaining attention to detail
