Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the brand and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise through impeccable client service.
- Manage repair and aftercare intake: set client expectations, document items, coordinate progress updates and follow through to resolution.
- Discover client needs, cultivate long-term relationships and ensure a personalised, high-touch experience at every stage.
- Champion and coach store teams on the full suite of client services and protocols to ensure consistent execution.
- Collaborate with Operations to design and maintain efficient back-of-house workflows that support front-of-house service.
- Maintain accurate client records, appointment schedules and service documentation.
- Work retail hours as required, including Sundays, to support client availability and store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, client services, or a comparable customer-facing environment.
- Proven experience managing repair, aftercare or service workflows and communicating status to clients.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-centric orientation.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to coach or guide colleagues to elevate service standards.
- Availability to work Sundays and flexible retail hours; legal right to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, client services, or a related customer-facing role; prior responsibility for repairs/aftercare or service coordination preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework or certification in retail, hospitality, or business is advantageous.
