Role & Responsibilities

  • Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process to set clear expectations.
  • Ensure clients are updated throughout the repair process, contributing to a rewarding client experience.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to define efficient Back of House processes to support client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
