Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full after‑sales lifecycle: intake, status updates, repair coordination and delivery to ensure clients are informed at every stage.
  • Serve as the in‑store ambassador for Louis Vuitton’s client services, promoting available services and cultivating long‑term client relationships.
  • Execute and enforce brand policies and procedures related to product care, repairs and returns to preserve product integrity and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations and atelier partners to optimise back‑of‑house workflows, inventory movement and turnaround times.
  • Perform quality control checks on repaired or serviced items and document outcomes to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Consistently follow up with clients, provide tailored recommendations, and resolve inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coach and mentor store teams on after‑sales processes and client communication to elevate service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client service, after‑sales or luxury retail environments.
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and complex case follow‑ups with tact and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
  • Demonstrated coaching or team‑support experience; capable of guiding colleagues on procedures and service standards.
  • Availability to work on‑site in the Cincinnati location, including flexibility for retail hours and peak periods.

Experience
