Louis Vuitton (Zurich) seeks a Client Advisor — temporary, on-site at Globus. Deliver personalised luxury service and build lasting client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison: welcome, advise and accompany clients to create long‑term relationships in line with the Louis Vuitton brand promise.
- Deliver personalised clienteling and memorable in‑store experiences that translate into sustained sales performance and client loyalty.
- Identify clients’ needs through attentive questioning and product expertise; propose relevant merchandise, services and aftercare.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and follow‑up.
- Maintain impeccable visual, merchandising and presentation standards for product and displays within the Globus store.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and store leadership to share market feedback, client insights and participate in training programmes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of client‑facing experience in retail or hospitality.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high‑level personalised service and build lasting client relationships.
- Curiosity about the Maison, its history and product universes; strong interest in luxury goods, particularly leather goods and accessories.
- Empathy, agility and excellent interpersonal skills; proven team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of client‑centric experience in high‑end retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering personalised service and meeting sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality preferred.
