Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the store's category expert for Women's ready-to-wear, maintaining authoritative product knowledge and technical understanding of collections.
- Deliver personalised, long-term client experiences by building and managing a high-value client portfolio and executing tailored clienteling strategies.
- Animate the category through team briefings, merchandising input and in-store initiatives that support recruitment and retention of customers.
- Coach, mentor and upskill colleagues to increase confidence and capability in selling the category, aligning individual performance with store targets.
- Translate market and collection insights into commercial action, identifying opportunities to grow sales and enhance the client journey.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment that values diverse perspectives and exemplary customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or womenswear.
- Demonstrable expertise in Women's ready-to-wear products and assortments; technical knowledge of materials and construction.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of developing client portfolios and achieving sales objectives.
- Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch plus English; strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Natural mentor with experience coaching peers and elevating team performance; proactive, solution-focused approach.
- GIA certification or equivalent gemological/technical credential is a plus.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct sales experience, ideally within luxury retail and specifically in women's ready-to-wear; proven record of client development and category leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fashion, retail, or luxury services preferred.
