Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service and create memorable client experiences aligned with the Louis Vuitton promise.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through strategic selling, upselling and cross-category advisory.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by leveraging in-house clienteling tools and client records.
- Advise clients across all product categories with up-to-date product and brand knowledge.
- Manage client interactions, follow-ups and appointments using store clienteling processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain visual merchandising, operational standards and a premium shopping environment.
- Participate in brand and product training to continuously deepen expertise and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; experience in luxury or high-end retail preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial and strategic sales mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a client-first orientation.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on-site with flexibility to cover retail hours, peak periods and events.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or high-end environments, with proven achievement of sales targets and experience developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related field is advantageous.
